When you see all the incredible people in the streaming & gaming community and you still can't bring yourself to introduce yourself or speak to them.
People are often just as awkward as everyone else, and the vast majority would be stoked to have you come up and say hi!
I tend to just say something like "Hey, I follow you on *XYZ* and think you're pretty great. Just wanted to say hi!" 
and leave it at that!

I guess what's missing in my statement is that I'm normally pretty good at this. There's still people that I can't muster the courage to say Hi to!
