  2. It is the staff who provide the care aged-care residents need! Staff ratios & skills mix are crucial. Otherwise you get the situation highlighted on when you sack 11 ENs. We need aged care ratios law, now.

  3. More terrible cost-cutting behaviour from an aged care company whose owners are on the BRW rich-list. If you have enough nurses on the floor to support AINs, you can provide proper clinical care to the residents & keep them out of hospital.
