Okay @ebonyaster, after we finished recording last night I thought of a very important question, so riddle me this: why didn't Mirror Saru's little fear thingies go off at all around Michael or Tyler. Especially when Saru's did before Tyler left the Discovery?

Ladies - I love your ridiculously ramshackle podcast. But you're missing what happened to Tyler: He IS Voq. They did totally shave down that Klingon cranium. The PTSD we're seeing is Voq-as-Tyler mis-interpreting his alteration surgery.

We definitely talk about this on the latest episode and you can bet that
@ebonyaster continues to let us know that SHE WAS RIGHT (appropriately so).

[PEACE SUMMIT] KLINGONS: GRRRRRR BURNHAM: No, wait! I saw in an alternate universe you can also cooperate with others! KLINGONS: Oh, cool. And you think that reflects on us? BURNHAM: Sure! KLINGONS: Okay, so what are the alternate humans like? BURNHAM: ummmmm

I love that DISCO expectations are so low that last week felt like a good episode

Great episode! So... do Space Ghosts for all people show up in the Cosmic Fungi-Space, because either that means the Culber goodbye was to not-actual Culber (fungi-free death and all), or that there was an afterlife in Star Trek and Mirror Stamets destroyed it. This show. XD

Maybe I'm getting soft or maybe because it's a mirror universe episode (so it can play it loose), but I again found this episode to be enjoyable ¯\(°_o)/¯
