Apparently making an appointment with Apple don't mean shit. Went to pick up my phone and they have a line the length of the mall and they aren't even bothering to tell people it's gonna take hours, just telling them to wait in line. That's terrible customer service @AppleSupport

My gf recently ordered a new laptop online that she had to pick up at the store. However, when it turned out to be defective and she tried to return it they refused to take it because it was purchased online and not at the store
