Toxic fan? He was very calm and collected.

toxicity can be calm and collected
-
But the guy responding to Jessica wasnt toxic.
-
Yes, he was. A nobody streamer with 8000 subscribers coming at a 10 year game dev veteran with "allow me to disagree with your expertise, you should do [incredibly basic thing]" is toxic no matter how polite it's formulated on the surface Don't play dumb. It's really transparent
-
How is it toxic? He just gave his opinion just like you and I are doing now.
-
dude, you can't argue with the mentally insane or the ideological fanatics, just let it go man. lol

She is not a victim verbal abuse to your customers or fans on private forms who are being respectful and they can voice their opinion this is a free country but when you're in a professional industry attacking a member of the community is unacceptable in his cause for dismissal.
-
Also need I remind you of a man also got fired so stop concentrating on just one two people were affected by the loss of their jobs stop trying to make it about 1 person
-
Exactly well said sir

Nothing. They've learned absolutely nothing over the last four years. Anyway, I wasn't that attached to GW2 and I hope JP lands somewhere that values the health and safety of their staff.
-
True. Fenimists on twitter have learned noting in last 4 years. They still bark at the wrong tree.

He was not toxic though. The guy was very civil and classy with his comments but I guess a misandrist like you only saw it as a vicious evil man attacking a helpless female. foh
-
Mansplaining gave development to an industry veteran is toxic. Your problem is you don't understand the difference between toxicity and incivility.
-
The joke here is gendering the issue. Arm chair game devs do this to men and women regardless of gender. Don't believe me? Look into the development of Rust. The creative lead for that game is consistently harassed for his gameplay changes.
-
All of this jargon amounts to is "daring to question her majesty." It is elitist garbage and a transparent rationalization. People can harshly criticize J.R.R. Tolkien or C.S. Lewis but they can't politely tweet to a woman who writes for a cash grab WoW knockoff?

Guess I missed the part where verbally abusing and slanderizing a fan of yours online, claiming sexism where clearly none existed, then hounding after said person like a bully while representing the company you work for makes you a victim.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Funny, for someone who claims to be an advocate against online bullying you sure don't give a shit when it's a woman who's the aggressor, then again, that's exactly how you operate. Not surprised at all you'd stick up for Price.

Alt Feminists.... if a woman did it, its ok....

I value your attempts at a cause, but verbal insults against customers in nearly every industry I know of is cause for dismissal.
