Gaslighting is such a constant in my life that whenever I tweet about my own experiences (especially wrt harassment), my mentions are inundated with posts that are purposely meant to make me doubt my motives and especially my own lived reality.
And it works. I have to regularly check in with my team to be reassured and to check my own sanity because a gaslighter’s goal is to make the target confused and create feelings of self-doubt and uncertainty about their own reality.
Fuck gaslighting. You aren't crazy.
Maybe talk with someone outside of your team? I figure there's gotta be a way for you to discuss your ideas and reality with a person outside of your team, for public view in order to explore and air out all these issues in a friendly manner. I really believe that would be great.

thing is anita,, ..some peoplke are confused , questioing of their own sanity , and self doubting, many of them overcompenmsate by narciistically and pathologically avoiding the idea that this might be the case. the doubling down thing. seek an unbiased metal health professional
