What kind of political concessions are you looking for? US & CA will be tough for anything material.

great question; principally, zoning, the right to legally use and manage an electronic currency alike for rights over space (e.g. pollution, pandemic management...), limited support for immigration rights and alternative education (some support in US charter cities for this)...

I think these are the main ones. Ultimately being in a state that's not collapsing is a big one

i'm sure you can suggest others!2 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

my idea via currency is either: work with native tribes with the right to self government (now affirmed by the supreme court) OR do something quite tangential to currency, that doesn't have some critical properties like, indefinite storage... limitless tradability

I’ve looked at NatAm ops; they’re skeptical of proposals from outsiders, and they’re subsidiary to the Feds and do battle at the State level, so not a ton of leeway Pharma has found success via creative deals with tribes (leasing sovereign immunity) so worth exploring for sure

Yeah, there are two main mechanisms for US SEZs: interstate commerce or native reservations. Many states created special enterprise zones to stimulate job growth, but they didn't work out. https://www.goodjobsfirst.org/accountable-development/enterprise-zones …pic.twitter.com/Fg4M2lcMTO
