It’s not for lack of trying in other states besides Florida. The reason why some states have more or less deaths than others is multivariable but Sweden is another example of a place that tried this so-called “focused protection” approach and failed miserably.

Isn't this thread demanding his silence with all the techniques he mentions? What about asking questions? Debating his thread? Offering alternatives? Coming to a compromise? If you were told that all your expertise to date was wrong & killed people, wouldn't you feel silenced?
