Another rant about why it’s dangerous to trust #nCoV2019 “experts” with no credibility in epi or virology, and obviously a minimal understanding of fundamental molecular biology or ID diagnosticspic.twitter.com/drRn9GOqHJ

Well, obviously something needs to be done quickly. Information we are getting from the WHO leads us to believe China has had a "reputable" test for weeks now. Is this not the case? If so then why has WHO been telling us China has the situation unter control?
They have had a RT-PCR test that works. What they haven’t had are enough testing supplies and that’s complicated by the supply chain disruptions caused by all the travel restrictions.
Also, unless I'm mistaken, RT-PCR takes way more than 2 hours, and can't be done in point of care settings like an airport, so it doesn't fill the same needs as the one the article speaks about. Yes?
The nutrition studies have drained already?
Honest question: if people don’t know they have it, don’t have symptoms, no option of a test/test that will pick it up - but they do have it.... how do we contain this?
