If you are unable to download AppSync Unified on iOS 11, please check for and remove any piracy repos. They can cause installation to fail by hosting old versions of ASU with modified version numbers. Please remember that piracy is illegal and that ASU is not for piracy.

apparently I have topanga installed which I have never touched

Install filza with Tweakbox (if you don’t already have it) then open it and go back to /etc and then search the folder named „dropbear“ delete it. After that you should be good to install Electra with Cydia.

Actually uninstalling Electra via bash /bootstrap/unjailbreak.sh worked for me. I tried all methods before that.
