    . IIED following up. Net zero requires complete transformation of energy systems & IEA say there should be no new investments in Fossil F energy. ISDS provisions have already triggered claims by corporates again governments seeking to retire coal power. Reform is urgent!

    takeaways from first panel (1) - most investment treaties not fit for the era of the climate crisis, largely ignore environmental issues. Newer generation of IIAs (2018 on) do have provisions related to climate action. Overall only 0.4% of existing IIAs reference climate action!
