That’s part of owning a business. I had store managers that zip-tied every hanger to the rack it was on. It’s also why loss prevention is a whole ass department. They’d rather investigate and prosecute after the fact than risk injury to employees or patrons.

Human lives>stock. Hmm, just pull your head out of your ass. Every retail worker knows their company has a no chase policy, stealing is defined as once items have left the store. Apprehension leads to lawsuits, termination& often loss of work provided insurance due to termination
