Are Nish and the HH team saying that no matter for how long, and how intimately, things are part of of mainstream British life they aren’t really British if they originated overseas? Sounds a lot like the argument made by the BNP about people like me. And Nish.

For three years Leave voters were insulted and demeaned. We were called fascists. We were told our votes didn’t matter. That WE didn’t matter. And yet we persevered and we made Brexit happen. What a stunning victory for democracy, says Brendan O’Neill

More 1000 people turned out this evening to see Boris in Sunderland. One of them told a friend who was there... "I never thought I'd come to a fucking Tory event in my life. My grandfather would be turning in his grave, and they've just convinced me to join as a fucking member."

How is it that our public service broadcaster refuses to carry any of the PM's address to the nation, on a night that is of huge significance to the future of our country? And Sky News has two Remainers outside No 10 reviewing the papers. Quite astonishing.

Was the biggest fallacy of all that British influence in Europe was such it could stop the federal project? Did Maastricht make Brexit inevitable? A long read on Britain’s doomed European marriage👇

The real scandal of Huawei is that the entire free world, from Finland to San Francisco is unable to best Chinese 5G technology. A reversal of the centuries old technological superiority of the West.

Britain has has just shown the world how a centrist PM can shake off populism and win a clear majority. My Telegraph column on Boris’s new third way:

This is the real scandal at the heart of the Bercow peerage debate. MPs knew about his antics but kept him in power in order to ensure they got their own way on Brexit legislation and anti-Tory debates. This from the so-called kinder, gentler progressives in parliament.

My translation of this corporate speak: 1. "StackOverflow is (still??) not making money" 2. "I'm from Capgemini which AGGRESSIVELY MADE MONEY" 3. "We need TO GROW GROW GROW through a 1) bigger target audience 2) sell more aggressively into companies."

When is going to acknowledge explicitly that by far the biggest culprit is China, which signed up for Paris but continues to build one coal-burning power station a week? China is responsible for 60% of the increase in global emissions of CO2 since Greta was born.

Quite right too. A letter signed by 151 Nobel prize winners addressed to asked, of its campaign against golden rice: “How many poor people in the world must die before we consider this a “crime against humanity”?”

For the first time in 21 years, is practically unusable. Favicons are distracting in list format and black URLs conflate with black meta descriptions—nothing draws the eye. Also, why is the URL above the page title? I can't believe this shipped to 100%.
