Given so many South African friends have shared this with me, I’m RT’ing it here. Why replace Flash when you can just build an entire browser that supports it then ask tax payers to install it?!

To be fair the South African Revenue Service was created before the SARS epidemic, but agree that the name is unfortunate in this context.
