It blows my mind that we still have players who don't want to do interviews/content on broadcasts. 
Any opportunity to grow your brand + provide more value to your current/prospective org should be viewed as a huge positive not a chore especially in a young scene like VALORANT!
Players forget that the esports industry exists on the back of being an entertainment product, and players are in one sense, a type of entertainer. Players that don't get that, or refuse to understand, cause more issues for themselves than anything. Market yourself!!

100% - Those that refuse to take that guidance/help are the ones that are hurting themselves. Marketing yourself is a learned skill, and like all learned skills, having help along the way is super important to developing it.
