I edited the script and tied it to that little wall where there's a bench. Took some tinkering, though. I think I got spill because the major light source there was behind the screen. I might still have the test comp, I'll look for it later
Hmm yeah that's odd, the Cloud effect very much does not have any bloom of it's own, so maybe it was whatever light source behind the cloud adding bloom. Definitely send the code over if you have it, that seems like a strange interaction.
