What if Brig armour had a lower damage reduction? Base armour would have the current damage reduction, Brig armour would give the GOATS-era armour nerf damage reduction.

how would that work w ppl in-between those values? I think a better solution to fit everyone would be allowing a max armor of 20% of a hero's base HP (tracer can get 30 max but rein can get 100, etc.). Maybe rally can work differently since it's an ult but at least for her E

The scaling would be a neat idea. I don't really think about the pack's effects too much so if there is another tweak to them, then that's fine. I was just happy that she got more charges to that ability after her rework.
