After doing some testing with @DarwinStreams it turns out that B.O.B. is completely broken when it comes to any kind of damage boosts.
Don't nano him,
Don't mercy boost him,
Don't orisa bongo for him

Does boosting Ashe also boost B.O.B? Like if you nano Ashe and then she sends out Bob does Bob have a DMG boost aslong as Ashe has it. If BOB is already out and you boost Ashe does he get a boost? Etc etc

Yes, damage boosts applied to Ashe will boost B.O.B - but anything specifically on B.O.B. himself will not give him a damage boost, like nano'ing him.

Does that mean if I were to pick Ashe and have Bob in the opposite end of the map while I'm far from him, then I can utilize a damage boost Mercy or bongo and still give Bob more damage?
