You can no longer flank with the tp, it's so risky. Symm is too teamreliant now. This is unacceptable. Like the devs doesn't even know what to do with symm anymore
I don't feel restricted by the current LIVE teleporter. I do feel restricted by increasing teleporter's effective cooldown from 4 seconds to 15 seconds.

Honestly I think the change overall works as a buff, aside from the cooldown change. The teleporter itself is more effective, so naturally it needed a longer cooldown. The only issue is the oversight that an increase in 3 seconds is effectively an increase in 10.
