Perhaps Southwest could use AI to mitigate customer complaints: Generate personalized crossword puzzles to occupy the stranded traveler. Insert photos of them into a postcard of them happily arriving at their destination. Or try "not our fault" text options.

I would say, perhaps they could start by adding "intelligence" as in brain power first. They are clueless.

The prob w/Southwest is a business model prob that can’t be solved by “AI.” Each plane traverses a complex multi-point trajectory every day; a delay/closure at one destroys the rest of a plane’s schedule. Predictive “AI” wouldn’t help w/ so much disruption to that many airports.
