Oslo has very reliable buses! How reliable? They’ll reimburse you up to ~$67 if you have to take a cab because they’re delayed!
Also the buses have USB chargers! Fare is a steep ~$4.30 though.

If it works any like the reimbursement in Bergen (western Norway), there are so many asterisks to that guarantee that you’ll never see a penny. I’ve tried several times and gotten “it was out of our control”, no money.

I wonder what that actual average cost is (to whoever provides the buses)?

My guess is that regular users (like here in swe) have month- or year-tickets. My guess is that average cost is about half for such users.
