been thinking about this tweet a lot over the last day
I used to not go on the internet until after I used Headspace in the morning (keeping my phone on airplane mode overnight, or at least turning off wifi)
now that I don't meditate daily I've lost that really helpful habit

One of the better changes I made in early 2017 was a consistent “no internet the first hour I’m awake” policy, above and beyond more typical no-phone-by-bed, Focus.app, etc. When sleepy, it’s so easy to allow my goals to be subverted, mind buzzing with trivia.
