It's reflection time of year for many people! I tried a new approach for habits last year, and it worked… suspiciously well? I'd like to share it with you: I hope it helps!

That was a fascinating read. I loved the framing of flexible windows. Every year at New Years I make a resolution to do something at least once a week every week for the year (bike, read, cook vegan) which all grow to fill the week organically as they become established habits

Way cool! Do they reliably grow in that way? My habits seem to need more wrangling to get them to be reliable.

These habits do but that’s because I wanted to reorient my life around them. Biking everyday is akin to other’s fitness habit, but mine has multiple positive results (cardio, fast commute, social). Wouldn’t be so easy if it was piano w/o a performance or competitive aspect.
