I like it. When it comes to music in particular, though, I find more progress comes with (say) 3 1-hr increments than 2 1.5-hr increments.

That was a fascinating read. I loved the framing of flexible windows. Every year at New Years I make a resolution to do something at least once a week every week for the year (bike, read, cook vegan) which all grow to fill the week organically as they become established habits

Way cool! Do they reliably grow in that way? My habits seem to need more wrangling to get them to be reliable.
