This is a jokey thread but: I was just planning a meeting; I'd outlined how we'd efficiently convey tons of info; a colleague said—hm, but the top goal of this meeting is *emotional*. Realized we had to lower efficiency, lower bandwidth, add story. Was a striking insight for me!
