It looks like a potpourri of dominant UIs borrowed from design tools (Inspector) and animation tools (Keyframe timeline).

And does indeed sport a library of most UI pop culture animations and transitions (fade, affine transforms, etc.)

will have to try it later, but if all it were was Keynote with a timeline, I'd still be sold.
Also why I like work from you guys at KA. You've the same slant towards redefining computing from scratch for education.

I would use Framer for higher fidelity or more macro prototypes, Kite for simpler or more focused interactions.
