Arrow should mask text; arrow low-res, not pixel aligned. All reimpls have serious craft issues—I think reimpl is a bad idea.

If Draft.js can abstract the horrifying contenteditable model, we can abstract the horrifying UINavController model. :)
we had an open issue regarding this which got lost during the release. we want to make it look more native

It's really hard to abstract it across thread though. Fiber may make running on MT viable.

Still nav isn't like scroll physics - first thing every designer does is customize those details into oblivion
