My idealistic hope is to avoid “lessons” altogether in favor of more implicit environments, but I still see these as useful stepping stones…

IMO Logo was one of the most successful implicit environments (if I understand the term) and it still needed provocations.

Yeah, it’s all a spectrum as I see it, and I want to push more towards implicit (not necessarily demanding 0 structure/provocation)
