Could you have discovered the pythagorean theorem yourself? I've made a puzzle for students to do exactly that.

I've thought about drawing new toys with connectors for x, y, Θ, size, hue, etc. Like the football here:

Doing something like the circle or pythagorean puzzle would need a drawing environment. Maybe like Quartz Composer / Logo?
