there has been a systemic defunding of education in the country. This ends up being the result of such action.

Maybe. Hard to know how much funding can fix these things. Think no private-school students fall for demagoguery? :)
true…funding isn’t the only obstacle. There are some educators that aren’t respecting their obligation.

I do think though, that proper funding attracts the best educators.
