How do you triage notifications across multiple sources (email, GitHub, Twitter, internal systems)?

everything goes to email; hot key creates OmniFocus task when necessary; keep inbox empty
Replying to
important piece of that is GTD-like triage in email: do 2 min tasks immediately; otherwise defer via OF; only touch each once

I use a similar system with Gmail and ActiveInbox. Hoping to switch to Mailbox alternative soon.
