Not sure TableView is the right approach for RN because it wasn't built to be asynchronous. I wish though

I'll take a look. Another observation is that we have our own layout system so I imagine there's redundancies.

Also, I could get a 60fps TV animated in JS, but my attempt at UITV dropped frames. An issue of skillset likely :D
