Anyone know why UITabBar has a ~0.5s delay on touchdown? Guessing something to do with the control center gesture?

sorry as in, it shouldn’t do that, or sorry it needs to do that but yuck? Want to know if I should replicate. :^)

Control Centre gesture still switches tabs in many apps despite the delay.

That is probably because those apps are using a tap gesture recognizer for their tabs (those aren't delayed).
