How on earth does google maps work these days? Did they remove public transport lines? I literally can't find that menu now.

app or mobile? I think in general you have to start navigation and then tap the train icon to switch idiom partway through

i never agreed to switch to new maps & the one time I briefly tried, I switched back immediately
