Spending time with a Nexus 6 and Lollipop for the first time. What's up with scrolling perf? I thought everything was HW accelerated now?

it could be the app's fault. Maybe the row layouts are too deep or layouts inefficient.

I observed this in Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, and YouTube. Must be hard to get it right.

if you observed it in gmail, then it must be endemic to the OS. Could be GC pauses. Lollipop has a system memory leak
