Like stutters or low FPS? I'm bad at seeing FPS, but for stutter Gmail seems not bad. And Twitter has always been smooth.

More stutter (i.e. intermittent multi-frame lag) than dropped frames.

Not a pleasent experience with Lolipop. So bad user experience. Animation does not match with context.
