I get this error message a lot when doing mastery tasks on iPad app. No problem with my internet though.

@Anneleen__G Very sorry about that! Will stop if you kill+restart the app (press the home button twice, then swipe up on it).

already tried that. Doesn’t always work though. App also loses part of progress when restarted.

Yes, I sometimes have to do some parts of the mastery tasks several times, with restarts in between, before it gets saved.
