I get this error message a lot when doing mastery tasks on iPad app. No problem with my internet though.

@Anneleen__G Very sorry about that! Will stop if you kill+restart the app (press the home button twice, then swipe up on it).

already tried that. Doesn’t always work though. App also loses part of progress when restarted.

@Anneleen__G Ah, yes, sorry. To clarify, I'd expect that progress to be lost, but new progress to be saved. Working on it!
