Gonna look at a 1br for $2900/mo tomorrow. I just chatted with a current tenant who is leasing a 2br for $2700/mo. Mind-blowing.

$2900 a month is twice what I pay for my mortgage on my custom built timber frame on 7 acres in VT. How do service ppl live?

More than my parents’ too. But I don’t need to own a car, so I can knock down the effective cost of living by $1000/mo.
