I know you two have neighborhood opinions. Any thoughts on lower Pac Heights, near Scott and California?

Pretty area, decent part of town. Near 24 and 38 buses, both of which more or less run 24/7.

pretty annoying to access much of the city from there. Busses run but take a while.

If you don't need to go to soma/dogpatch, it's not that bad.
