Random GPU glitches, Finder slowness, mis-sorted messages, screen rotation issues, bad autocorrect… annoying bugs to file AND to read.

Agreed. Believe these issues get resolved best when area owners have the space to take ownership and look at their fish. :/

Probably only fixable with heavy testing, unit tests, code audit… sucks but hey, sorry.

With all the module dependencies you really really need unit tests to find regressions. And continuous integration.

No disagreement here. And before you can write unit tests, you need well-factored systems, which also requires space.

Agreed. If the rumors about separate bug fix and feature sprints are true… that needs to be collapsed down as well.
