I have this hardware but not this behaviour on either internal or external display. Everything is ultrasnappy actually.

Yeah 😞 I wish I knew the common factor. This is happening on power adapter for you? Discrete or integrated GPU?

Happens on power and on battery. Don't know which GPU is active.
