It's certainly emphasizing mobile, but the design ideas aren't fundamentally tied.

I'd love to see the UI for specifying behavior expressed more directly (instead of text fields); it's a start

Yeah, I have some really neat ideas for that. We're definitely at the very beginning of tools for interaction design.
