It's certainly emphasizing mobile, but the design ideas aren't fundamentally tied.

I'd love to see the UI for specifying behavior expressed more directly (instead of text fields); it's a start

Yeah, I have some really neat ideas for that. We're definitely at the very beginning of tools for interaction design.

Yep, and we're hurting for it. Built many while at Apple, but they're locked up. So hard to design for this medium as it stands.
