Having left Radar, I am now *terrified* of systems where the originator of a bug does not verify that it is fixed before the bug's closed.

I left Apple over a year ago and I still miss Radar every day. It has so many smart ideas that no other tool has replicated.

Amen! Other systems don't automatically enforce accountability or verification for reported bugs.
