What's that? Is there really Helium inside that edible balloon? Is this Alinea in SF?

A dessert course at Alinea. It’s full of helium, arrives floating (my voice gets high at the end of the video). It’s in Chicago.

Any fun suggestions like that for SF? I'll be there the week before DubDub, so could use some fun places to try out :-)

Nothing like that for food here unfortunately. Atelier Crenn is creative and delightful, but a very different level.

I still don't know what that Tofu restaurant I went to my first time in SF was called… Tofu that felt and tasted like meat.
