Enjoyed this; thanks for writing bloodily. A lesson that was very important for me on achievement-oriented self-actualization/belonging: "It's hard enough of something that almost works."

((Incidentally, on the margin, I think "stop meditating" is terrible advice for people who are already taken in by this kind of inspiration porn, or an addiction to contingent social approval—and I think this is true simultaneously with your point about historical figures))

Thanks and no I haven't but definitely plan on doing it when I actually quit in a few months. Not a whole lot of concrete plans at this point other than do a lot of writing/keep working on Seeds of Science/and try to figure something out.
