Sascha and I talk about this a lot. Is it a problem of the zeitgeist? Does English make it easy to confuse introduction of 'new' word combos as Proper Nouns with sth. having law-like status?
E.g. "Evergreen Note" being not just an evocative term but a thing that can be followed
