How many of your patrons give money to gain access to patron-only output vs. how many just want to support you?

I feel like you might underestimate the value of growing the top of the funnel by releasing regular lower quality content and letting people form a relationship with you. See James Scholz on YT.

It's a good question! I surveyed patrons last year, and while a few listed patron-only output as a reason, the overwhelming majority listed "unlocking the commons" as their primary motivation.
You are probably right that I could grow the funnel in that way!
