It seems like note-dump "digital gardens" are increasingly becoming surrogates for long-form blog posts online, and that makes me a little sad.
I have a ton of notes, but it can't possibly replace the way I can weave a coherent idea through those bullet points in a blog post.

tangentially related: I love both working notes and finished, well polished pieces
I'm a bit sad that the latter often disconnected from the notes - I often want to go deeper into a particular idea and can't (while notes have great affordances for that)
